I must admit that the classic Canrock kicker “New Orleans Is Sinking” from the album 'Up to Here' (1989) was the first tune to stroll through my brain when I saw the horrors of the levee breaks. This thought had occurred awhile back but the lyrics of the tune “If New Orleans Is Beat” from the album: In Between Evolution (2004) seem to have an eerie prognosticative reference to what has passed and what is occurring.
